Everything was perfect, including helpful staff and beautiful location on the gulf. Booked a villa with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. Location: the hotel was close enough to the airport and helicopter rides, and the island. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Frank's Grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Our recent stay at The Reef at Marathon by Capital Vacations was wonderful! The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, beach towels, and extra blankets and pillows. We were impressed by the great family atmosphere and the well-stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also loved the location, which was perfect for fishing and boating. The pool and the availability of kayaks and paddle boats were definite highlights. And let's not forget about the bonus of having a washer and dryer in the villa!

The location of The Reef At Marathon was absolutely breathtaking with stunning views of the water, especially at sunset. The accommodations had an old world charm and were comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped and we even had a barbecue per chalet. The property had its own marina and kayaks for guests to use, which was a great way to explore the surroundings. We also enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table.
The floors were quite dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathrooms were small and could use some improvements.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location is perfect for fishing and boating enthusiasts with its stunning view right on the waters edge. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including free usage of kayaks and bikes, a clean pool, and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff was also amazing and accommodating, making me feel right at home.
Nothing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the little touches like a cheese shredder to the well-stocked kitchen, they truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. And let's not forget the location - it was centrally located to everything we needed. It was convenient to have restaurants, grocery stores, and bait stores nearby. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
My experience was great and there is only one minor improvement that could be made.

Great location, perfectly situated by the water. Amazing sunset views, especially when fishing on the jetty. Equipped kitchen area and BBQ facilities made cooking a breeze. The complementary jetty access and fishing gear were a pleasant surprise.
The accommodation was a bit old and unlevel, causing some issues with vertigo. Also, the noise level was high due to the proximity to the road and airport, which made sleeping difficult at times.
